I decided to do coaching with Mareike because I wanted a push for my fitness journey after my second child was born. I am a busy mum of two young kids and it’s very hard to keep in the best of your health but when I came across what Mareike had to offer I couldn’t help but start my fitness journey with her. She is SO valuable in terms of her fitness knowledge and giving customized goals for each of her clients to achieve their goals.
Before private coaching, I felt like I knew what exercises I could do being a physio but I wasn’t on track with my nutrition and holding accountability week to week (being a busy mom) but now I feel that there is always someone there to look out for me and check up on me so that I can continue to achieve my goals and feel so much better and confident in my body.
The support inside of her custom coaching program has allowed me to achieve my goals of being lean and strong to take care of myself and my kids. I was happier and calmer while I was on the program.
I was scared to invest because my schedule was so busy with work and being a parent but I’m so glad I did because she gave me so much freedom to choose my workout days and the foods that I could eat during the day and the mindfulness ideas she gave me to work on. It was a complete package and felt very nice to see someone who customized the entire package for you at every step of the way.
-My favorite part of private custom coaching was I could reach her at any time and she would be there. She has the best interest for us and her intention shows through the dedication towards each client through weekly follow ups and individualized meetings.
