How My Coaching Works
I break the process into three clear phases, so nothing feels overwhelming and progress is intentional at every step.
Step 1:
Metabolic Assessment & Foundation
Before pushing for fat loss, we assess what’s actually going on. This phase focuses on understanding: your metabolism and whether it’s adapted from chronic dieting or stress current nutrition patterns (fueling, protein, carbs, micronutrients) training history, recovery, sleep, and stress load
From there, we rebuild the foundation: restore metabolic responsiveness stabilize energy, hunger, and cravings prescribe training that supports your body (not burns it out)


Step 2:
Goal Acceleration
(Sustainable Fat Loss)
Once your body is supported, we shift into intentional progress. This phase focuses on:
achieving fat loss and toning without extremes, building habits that fit your real life (work, travel, social plans) and adjusting nutrition and training based on feedback - not guesswork
You’ll learn how to:

train effectively without overdoing cardio

enjoy the foods you love while still seeing results
Step 3:
Long-Term Success & Independence
The final phase ensures you don’t lose your progress the moment coaching ends.
Here, we focus on:
